Crazy, Stupid, Love is easily one of the best movies I’ve seen this Summer. A smart, funny, witty, well-written comedy with an All-Star cast makes this movie a must see. Steve Carell, Ryan Gosling, Emma Stone (is she in every movie?) and Kevin Bacon make up just a portion of the ensemble.
And with its PG-13 rating, this movie is pretty safe for almost the entire family. A surprise shocker towards the end of the film is one of the more brilliant twists I’ve seen in a while.
I laughed consistently throughout the 107 minutes of running time. This is also Carell’s best big screen work since “40 Year Old Virgin.” And Gosling is perfect as the womanizing player. Or is it playah?
Irregardless Regardless, check out “Crazy, Stupid, Love.” An easy winner in a Summer full of losers.

Diet Coke and chocolate covered almonds.
Reggie, you should’ve called about that spelling. It’s “playa,” with no H.
I guess not knowing how to spell “playa” probably rules me out as a “playa.”
Chocolate covered almonds?
Yep. I like to switch it up.
